The Ritter ritips® professional are compatible with the new ripette® genX and many other dispensers.

Product development

Ritter Robotic Tips are developed with the experience of 45 years of injection molding. The quality of Ritter Robotic Tips is guaranteed through the close cooperation between product development and the in-house tool house shop, which enables to design the tools in the way to fulfill the highest specifications of precision and efficiency.

Quality

In spite of the large number of different robotic tips and to guarantee the quality and the reproducibility the reliability of the analysis, the consumables are getting more and more important. Ritter Robotic Tips are produced on high-automated devices under clean-room conditions. Each lot-no. passes several quality-checks, in order to guarantee the quality of each single tip.

Cleanliness

For Ritter Robotic Tips only virgin Polypropylene or specially selected conductive materials are applied. The entire production process is permanently monitored, in order to produce the tips sustainable free of Dnase, Rnase, ATP and endotoxins.

Compatibility

Fo the incremental number of sample management applications are used more and more different workstations, which strive for even higher through put sreening. As independent manufacturer it’s the mission of Ritter to offer his clients absolute compatible consumables for robotics instruments, which fulfills all demands in value for money, as well as in the short-term availability. Ritter Robotic Tips are offered in 10 different sizes in up-to 20 different packaging solutions (with/without filter, blister- or cardboard packaging), to comply with the different demands of cost-saving packing up-to pureness of the tips. Conductive tips are essential for many workstations. Ritter offers for many of those automates the compatible consumables. Following the SBS-standard the tips are packed in 96 racks or in trays with 140 tips and can be used directly in the automates without repacking.

Micro Tube Rack with 96 Tubes of 1,2 ml are compatible for robotic systems, as well as for the individual sample storage. A special bottom plate allows an easy handling of each sample, even in frozen condition.

Riplate

Deepwell plates - standard in multi-function

riplate® 1 ml is a registered trademark of Ritter, which has received a high confidence level by our customers, as riplate® 1 ml is the ideally compatible plate for many applications, as well in its chemical or physical characteristics.

riplate® 1 ml-96-well-systems are in accordance with the SBS standard* and are suitable for all automation systems with the corresponding closing/sealing mechanism and for all 8- and 12-canal-pipettes. The classic formats riplate® 1 ml PP and PS are completed by the new format riplate® 1 ml plus.

riplate® 1ml medio are suited for screening, mixing and centrifugation of samples, as well as for the storage and preparation of substances. Through the compact construction riplate® medio are stackable and through the low height you need approx. 50% storage capacity.

• Inpolypropylenorpolystyrene, riplate® 1 ml can be used for high-throughput screening, combinatorial chemistry, storage and preparation of essays etc.

• Raised wells reduce the risk of crosscontamination and increase the security of hot sealing or sealing with adhesive foils. Safe and hygienic sample-analysing

Ritter parasite diagnostic system guarantees the pet owner easy and clean handling when taking samples of fecal and the veterinarian/laboratory staff problem-free, hygienic analysis of fecal and reliable, accurate results.

How paraTest works

Suspending the fecal sample in the flotation medium which has a specific weight of 1.2 the ova float to the top of the insert. The heavier parts of the sample remain on the bottom of the container. The ova then can be taken/transferred to a slide for microscopic examination. Flotation medium is sodium nitrate solution (31%).

Polysteribox is a medical device

Reusable sterilisation and transport container

Ritters polysteribox® is made of a transparent, highly stable and temperature resistant special plastic material tested up to 150°C. It is therefore especially suitable for autoclave vacuum sterilization at 121°C or 134°C as the method most recommended by the relevant authorities (e.g. Robert Koch Institute, Germany). It is also suitable for plasma sterilisation (STEARRAD®) and for gas sterilization (formaldehyde and ethylene oxide) at a maximum of 65°C and twice the ventilation time as that of a metal container. Lid and bottom part close hermetically.

A built-in bacteria barrier (Loop of Henle) prevents the penetration of germs and bacteria without additional gasket. Therefore polysteribox®is suitable for use in industrial dishwashers with the filter remaining in place.

For your convenience Ritter offers two PTFE filter systems, either a permanent filter subject to annual change or a life-time filter.

The three standard sizes are suitable for all current autoclaves. Ritter polysteribox® is CE marked according to European directive 93/42/EWG. As a validated system it meets the requirements of DIN 58952, DIN 58953, EN 868-1, 868-8, 554, ISO 11607, DIN EN ISO 17664, 13485 and 11137-1.

The safe, trouble-free and quiet secretion suction system

Disposable secretion suction system with integrated multilayer filter system.

The product

Disposable secretion suction system compatible with most of the available suction and vacuum pumps. A multifunctional multi layer GORE-TEX® PTFE filter system/micro-filter laminate and effective overflow protection are integrated into the system.

Easily and fully disposable without harmful emissions; suitable also for multiple use system (the container can be cleaned however a new lid is required).

The advantages

• Smoke filters as a further element in the filter system keep out smoke particles and aerosols (e.g. deriving from laser treatment).
• An integrated splash guard is installed in front of the filter to avoid any foam or splashes blocking the filter and guarantee the long-term operation.
• The micro porosity of the filter system effectively blocks the penetration of bacteria, aerosols droplets and other particles.
• The hydrophobic character of the filter materials prevents the penetration of infiltration by infectious liquids such as blood and wound secretions.
• The large filter format reduces pump noise.
• Time and cost saving operation. By integration of the filter-laminate into the lid the systems works without a separate filter.
